Worldwide, Critical Mass is a ride celebrating the bicycle: its beauty, its efficiency, its versatility, its culture. on Friday 4 May, meet at 5:30pm for a 6.00pm pushbike ride at Civic Park, opposite Town Hall, King St Newcastle. 

We cycle around Newcastle CBD / beaches for an hour or so at speeds to suit everyone. Ride ends at other events or a dinner spot. Usual route is 11.5km
